Energy battery

FeaturesUSES: SLEEP · HRV · HEART_RATE · ACTIVITY · PRESSURE_Δ24H

An explainable daily energy score: over a dozen inputs weighed against your own baselines — recovery and sleep count for the most, weather for one of the smallest shares.

The problem

Some days start heavy and it is hard to say why: short sleep, a rough night for your heart, or the weather turning.

What MeteoHealth does

The energy battery weighs more than a dozen inputs into one score. Recovery from your HRV and sleep quality carry the largest weights; resting heart rate, activity and how you told it you feel come next; the 24-hour pressure change is one of the smallest. Under the number sits its own breakdown: what pulled it down, what held it up, and how much of the score rests on real measurements.

How it works

Each input is compared with your personal rolling baseline, weighted and summed on your device. Inputs with no data are filled in with a neutral value, marked as such and counted for half as much — and when too little has actually been measured, the score says so instead of showing a confident number. It is an estimate to help you plan the day, not a measurement of health.

What it does not do

It is not a medical score and does not measure health. It does not tell you what you can or cannot do today — it is a planning aid computed only against your own baselines, on the device.
