We answer ourselves — no bots
MeteoHealth is built by a small independent studio. Questions about the app, subscription or data — write to us:
We usually reply within two business days. The app never gives medical advice — and neither does support; for health concerns, talk to a doctor.
Frequent questions
Is MeteoHealth a medical app?
No. It is a wellness app, not a medical device. It shows correlations and estimates for information only and never gives diagnoses or medical advice. If symptoms worry you, talk to a doctor.
Where is my health data stored?
On your iPhone and in your personal, encrypted iCloud — never on our servers. There are no accounts and no company servers holding your health data. You can export everything as a PDF report for your doctor or as CSV (Pro), and import from CSV, JSON or a Flo export.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. Many metrics come from the iPhone itself, and you can measure heart rate with the camera (rPPG). An Apple Watch adds sleep, HRV and more.
What does it cost?
Basic tracking is free forever: 7 days of history, a 24-hour forecast and 10 scans a day. MeteoHealth Pro removes those limits and adds detailed correlations, the 7-day forecast, the Apple Watch app, widgets, PDF and CSV export and themes: $2.99/month, $17.99/6 months or $24.99/year, billed via Apple in-app purchase.
Which languages does it support?
English, Russian, Spanish, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Arabic. Weather data works worldwide.
Where can I download it?
It is out in the App Store — the download button at the top of this page opens its listing.
