When the forecast changes, some people feel it

Research links swings in barometric pressure around weather fronts with headaches, joint pain, poor sleep and low energy in weather-sensitive people. The pattern is personal: the same front can affect two people very differently.

MeteoHealth makes your own pattern visible — it correlates local weather with your symptoms and Apple Health metrics. It is an informational tool, not a medical device.

Three steps, all on your device

Connect Apple Health

MeteoHealth reads only the metrics you allow — sleep, HRV, heart rate, activity and more. Everything stays on your iPhone and in your personal iCloud.

Log how you feel

Symptoms and mood in two taps, a Year-in-Pixels journal, quick entries from Apple Watch.

See your correlations

Statistics (Pearson, ANOVA, FDR) connect weather with your entries. The pressure risk engine estimates harder days — an estimate, not a medical forecast.

Features

  • Weather ↔ symptom correlations

See which weather actually affects you: statistics on your own entries separate real patterns from coincidence.

  • Energy battery

Know how much to plan for today — one score shows what is draining you: sleep, heart, activity or the weather turning.

  • Wellbeing forecast

Plan harder days ahead: an on-device estimate of how the coming days may feel, built from your own history.

  • Symptom & mood journal

Remember how you actually felt: two taps a day add up to a year you can read at a glance.

  • Sleep

Understand heavy weeks: sleep debt and an irregular schedule become visible in data you already track.

  • Stress & HRV

Notice stress earlier: your HRV as a plain 0–100 score, with guided breathing for when it runs high.

  • Cycle & pregnancy

See how your cycle or pregnancy changes the way weather feels — in your own data, not in averages.

  • Heart rate by camera

Get a resting heart rate without a wearable: a one-minute measurement with the iPhone camera.

FAQ

Is MeteoHealth a medical app?

No. It is a wellness app, not a medical device. It shows correlations and estimates for information only and never gives diagnoses or medical advice. If symptoms worry you, talk to a doctor.

Where is my health data stored?

On your iPhone and in your personal iCloud (CloudKit). There are no accounts and no company servers holding your health data.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Many metrics come from the iPhone itself, and you can measure heart rate with the camera (rPPG). An Apple Watch adds sleep, HRV and more.

What does it cost?

Basic tracking is free forever. MeteoHealth Pro removes limits: $4.99/month, $24.99/6 months or $39.99/year, billed via Apple in-app purchase.

Which languages does it support?

English, Russian, Spanish, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Arabic. Weather data works worldwide.

When can I download it?

The app is currently in App Store review. This page will switch to a download button the moment it goes live.
