Nutrition & hydration

FeaturesUSES: BARCODE · OPEN_FOOD_FACTS · CALORIES · HYDRATION_GOAL

Barcode scanner, voice input, calories — and a hydration goal that adapts to weather and activity.

The problem

On hot, humid or active days your fluid needs shift — a fixed eight-glasses goal ignores that.

What MeteoHealth does

MeteoHealth sets a dynamic hydration goal from weather and activity, and makes food logging quick with a barcode scanner (Open Food Facts) and voice input.

How it works

Calories and BMR come from your profile and workouts; the hydration goal adjusts with temperature, humidity and activity. The free plan includes 10 barcode lookups a day. Voice input for meals uses Apple's on-device language model and needs iOS 26 or newer; the barcode scanner and manual entry work on every supported iPhone.

What it does not do

It does not prescribe diets and does not judge your food. Calorie and hydration numbers are estimates from open data and your profile — not the advice of a nutritionist or doctor.
